Many who pursue proper weight training techniques focus on the number of reps, sets, and exercises per workout, all of which are very important weight training techniques to consider, but form is possibly the king of all forgotten weight training techniques, as many not only achieve disappointing results due to incorrect exercise form, and mistakenly blame other weight training techniques for their lackluster muscle growth or strength gains, but also develop a string of injuries, making proper form one of if not the most critical of all weight training techniques to consider.
Once abandoning ineffective weight training techniques for those that will begin producing new muscle and strength, initially, the amount of weight used may decline, as correcting improper form temporarily forces a reduction in weight used, but once correct weight training techniques are implemented for several weeks, the amount of weight for each exercise will begin to increase, and results from correctly constructed weight training techniques will greatly exceed past progress, both in muscle mass gains and strength improvements.
If you are suffering from disappointing results, then do not consider bodybuilding supplements to be the answer, but rather analyze closely your chosen weight training techniques, including exercise form, which, when properly addressed, will greatly enhance progress.
