A workout routine can be tedious when gym attendance is required, and this is one reason why so many who pursue a workout routine tend to quit the process before achieving any visible results. Aside from the fact that most are following a workout routine that is not properly designed, the requirement to travel away from home and attend a sometimes packed and unwelcoming gym environment to perform a workout routine serves as a pitfall for many who may otherwise achieve impressive results.
Consistency is of paramount importance, and a workout routine that you can perform at home is the type that, in my experience, will encourage consistency and dedication. Although many believe that a muscle building workout routine is impossible to achieve at home, I, having gained over 60 pounds of muscle, produced my results pursuing a workout routine that involved nothing more than basic equipment in my basement, and I see no reason why you cannot pursue the same type of workout routine to achieve dramatic results.
Some will complain that performing their workout routine at home will be expensive due to the necessary equipment, but you may construct a very basic home workout routine setup and save in the long run compared to performing a gym based workout routine, as you will have no recurring costs. In fact, had I performed my workout routine at a local gym, I likely would have spent over three times more on a gym membership compared with what I spent pursuing a workout routine in my basement, and you can do the same by following my advice.
